The Journey That Never Ends

Hello travelers! I guess I should really be saying farewell, but I'm having a tough time accepting the fact that this will be my last post on Roam Sweet Roam. You know, I had some major doubts when I created this blog. I would ask myself,  Can I talk about travel for a whole 10 weeks? Will I be able to entertain my audience and keep their interest?  All those months ago, I seriously didn't know if Roam Sweet Roam was the thing for me, but now that I'm here writing my last post, I couldn't have imagined choosing any other topic than travel. To be quite honest, I almost feel sort of nostalgic, much like how I felt when I knew I was going to be graduating high school and leaving those times behind. I've been working on this blog for so long now. It's a little piece of me, and I'm kind of sad to see it go. Welcome to My Home

Hey there, travelers! So for those of you who don't know, I'm from a tiny town in northeast New Jersey. Now when I say tiny, I mean a population of 5,000 people kind of tiny. I went to a regional high school, so in my case, that means my school was made up of students from 4 different towns. And when I say northeast New Jersey, I mean the absolute northeast you can possibly travel to in the state. Only minutes from the New York state line, and about half an hour from New York City (or just "The City," as we say). In the movie Zoolander 2, Ben Stiller plays the character Derek, who starts off as a "hermit crab," living in a remote cabin the frozen wastes of "Extreme Northern New Jersey".
